Reality TV Shows present informal dramatic situations. Reality TV also records real events and uses normal people instead of professional actors. Reality television covers different shows.



They are Flip This House, The Apprentice, Americas Top Model, Million Dollar Listing, What Not To Wear, The Bachelor Show, and The Bachelorette.



Reality television existed in different forms from the earliest days of television. The filming style in reality shows is called “fly on the wall” or “real television”.



Reality shows often imitate a changed form of reality. Actors are put into unusual locations or situations for the show. Reality television gained worldwide popularity in the early 2000s.



The filming crew follows people doing their daily activities. Some shows record professionals doing their everyday business activities or a whole project. No outside experts appear on the show to help or judge results.

Contestants are judged and then eliminated by one or more judges. Renovation Shows make over part or all of a person’s home. This Old House was the first show like this which premiered in 1979.
