DR OZ Show gives

DR OZ Show is a talk show hosted by Dr. Oz. He is a cardio-thoracic surgeon and professor at Columbia University. He became famous after appearing on the Oprah Winfrey Show from 2004 until 2009.



Dr. Oz makes a breakthrough discovery for new moms. He gives advice to women on staying healthy during pregnancy. He answers pregnancy-related questions on stretch marks, c-sections, and eating for two.



He uncovers mom myths like “Baby Genes Can’t Be Improved”. The genes are influenced by things like waist size, intelligence, experiences in life, and nutrition during pregnancy.



A guest speaker emphasized the importance of limiting the use of plastic bottles during pregnancy. Another factor is limiting exposure to radiation (e. g. long-haul flights, cell phone use).



It is also important to have supportive people around you and avoid stress. The “Eating for Two” diet includes healthy, fiber-rich snacks and essential multi-vitamins. To lose the baby weight, Dr. Oz recommends a three-step meal plan for moms.

The morning should start with protein, fiber, and omega-3 fats. They should stick to eating three meals a day while reducing the meal size. Doing sit-ups will help women re-build and strengthen their belly muscles after delivery.
